The Annual Spring Clean Communities Day will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Our goal is to bring resident’s together to show pride in our community by removing litter from public roadways and parks. Everyone is encouraged to participate by spending the day cleaning up one of our roads or beautiful parks.

1. All participants are requested to pre-register by March 26, 2025.
2. Supplies can be picked up at the EHT Public Works Yard (6120 Mill Rd.) starting at 8:30am on 4/5. Supplies will be distributed to you in the parking lot directly to your vehicle. Please have your group meet at your clean up location and send one vehicle to pick up the supplies at Public Works.
3. All necessary cleanup supplies will be provided (ex.) trash bags, and gloves and pickers.

Please inform your group to wear appropriate clothing (preferably long pants and a sturdy shoe)

Bug spray /repellent will make the morning more pleasurable.

Any group who wishes to report directly to their work site should contact Public Works (609-926-3838) or email aang@ehtgov.org to arrange for pickup of supplies prior to the April 5th date. If you need additional information please contact public works.

Lunch will be provided starting at 12:00 at the Public Works Yard.

ACUA Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 3 p.m. in the Geo Administrative Building (Building 1) located at the ACUA’s Haneman Environmental Park. Meetings are open to the public.

Atlantic County 4-H hosts an electronics recycling fundraiser on the third Saturday of MOST months. Please email ac4hfairgrounds@gmail.com to confirm they are collecting that month.

The electronics are recycled through a NJDEP-certified electronics recycler, Thanks for Being Green, LLC.
